1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this website, placing an order, or using any available service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions governing purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and website usage.

2. Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or cancellation.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, colors, pricing, and availability are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, packaging changes, or supplier updates.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied as displayed.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, but typographical, technical, inventory, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.

6. Orders

Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected products. Orders may be reviewed before dispatch to verify product availability, delivery information, contact details, and other necessary information.

7. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation may be provided through the contact information submitted during checkout. An acknowledgement does not guarantee fulfillment if the product becomes unavailable, information cannot be verified, or the order cannot reasonably be completed.

8. Cash On Delivery

Cash On Delivery is the only payment option available. Customers must pay the complete order amount to the authorized delivery agent when the parcel is successfully delivered.

9. Payment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for having the required Cash On Delivery amount available when the courier arrives. If payment cannot be completed, the delivery may be unsuccessful and the parcel may be returned or the order cancelled.

10. No Online Payment Required

Customers are not required to provide credit card numbers, debit card details, online banking credentials, or other online payment information to place a standard Cash On Delivery order.

11. Shipping and Dispatch

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 24 hours. Estimated delivery may take approximately 2–4 business days depending on the destination and courier network. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

12. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process. Any free-shipping eligibility or promotional shipping offer will be applied according to the conditions stated on the website.

13. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of weather, transportation disruptions, courier capacity, incorrect address information, public holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

14. Delivery Attempts

Customers should be available at the provided delivery address and respond to reasonable courier communication. If a customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides incorrect information, or cannot complete the Cash On Delivery payment, the order may be returned or cancelled.

15. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping or delivery process, cancellation may no longer be possible. Orders may also be cancelled because of product unavailability, inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

16. Returns

Eligible products may be returned according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Customers must follow the specified return timeframe, product-condition requirements, and return instructions.

17. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, customers should notify customer support promptly. Photographs or other supporting information may be requested to verify the issue.

18. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected where applicable. Since all purchases are completed through Cash On Delivery, refunds are handled separately from the original payment collection.

19. Refund Method

Eligible refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, digital wallet, store credit, or another supported refund method. Courier and pickup agents are not authorized to provide cash refunds at the doorstep.

20. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for using products according to applicable instructions, labels, warnings, and manufacturer recommendations. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper, unauthorized, or negligent use.

21. Promotions and Offers

Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions, product exclusions, availability limits, or usage restrictions. Offers may be modified or withdrawn when necessary.

22. Website Usage

Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, collect information without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

23. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, product photographs, graphics, designs, layouts, icons, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

24. Third Party Services

We may use trusted third-party providers for logistics, hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, and other operational services. Such providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

25. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy. Information may be processed as necessary to fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide support, manage returns, and process refunds.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a purchased product is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product use, website use, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

27. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, communication failures, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

28. Policy Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, procedures, or applicable requirements. The latest version published on the website will apply to future use of the services.

29. Customer Support

14-Day Return Policy on every eligible order

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items should generally be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials where applicable.

2. Product Condition

Returned products must be suitable for inspection. Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, excessive wear, accidental damage after delivery, or missing essential components may not qualify for a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be excluded from returns due to hygiene, safety, consumable, personalized, opened, perishable, or product-specific restrictions. Applicable exclusions may be displayed on the relevant product page.

4. Return Request

Customers must submit a return request within 14 calendar days of delivery through the available support or contact channels. Order details, the reason for return, and photographs may be requested for verification.

5. Return Authorization

All return requests are subject to eligibility verification. Customers should follow the return instructions provided after approval and should not independently ship an item unless an approved return method has been provided.

6. Return Pickup

For approved returns, a courier or authorized logistics partner may collect the parcel from the delivery address. Customers should securely package the product and include all required components before the scheduled pickup.

7. Return Shipping

Eligible returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products may qualify for free return collection. Shipping conditions for other eligible return reasons may vary depending on the product.

8. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should report the issue as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the product, packaging, and visible damage may be requested for verification.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect product or discover that an item or component is missing, contact customer support promptly. After verification, an eligible replacement, return, or refund may be arranged.

10. Cash On Delivery

All purchases are completed exclusively through Cash On Delivery. The amount paid to the delivery agent is not refunded at the doorstep when a product is returned. Approved refunds are processed separately after the returned product has been received and inspected.

11. Refund Eligibility

A refund is issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected where applicable. Approval depends on the product condition, reason for return, and compliance with the applicable return requirements.

12. Refund Method

Because all orders are paid through Cash On Delivery, approved refunds are processed separately from the original payment collection. Eligible refunds may be issued through bank transfer, UPI, digital wallet, store credit, or another supported electronic method.

13. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on the receiving bank or payment service.

14. No Cash Refund at Doorstep

Courier and pickup agents are not authorized to provide cash refunds when collecting returned products. All approved refunds are processed through the designated refund procedure after verification.

15. Replacement Option

Where stock is available, an eligible damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product may qualify for replacement instead of a refund. Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.

16. Partial Returns

For orders containing multiple products, eligible individual items may be returned where permitted. Any approved refund will generally correspond to the eligible product or products successfully returned.

17. Return Inspection

Returned products may be inspected to verify their condition, packaging, accessories, identifying information where applicable, and the reason stated in the return request. The inspection result may affect return or refund approval.

18. Failed Pickup

If a scheduled return pickup cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the parcel is not ready, the address is inaccessible, or the product does not meet the required conditions, another pickup attempt may be arranged where possible.

19. Abusive or Fraudulent Returns

Return or refund requests involving suspected fraud, intentional damage, product substitution, false claims, or repeated misuse of the return policy may be rejected following appropriate verification.

20. Policy Updates

This Return & Refund Policy may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in products, logistics procedures, refund processes, or applicable requirements. The latest version published on the website will apply to eligible requests.

21. Customer Support

For questions regarding return eligibility, damaged items, replacements, return pickup, inspections, or refunds, customers may use the support and contact channels available through the website.
